Propower completed the electrical fit out for Luxury on Lynn, a boutique five apartment development designed with modern, comfortable living in mind.

Our scope included the complete electrical installation and light fitting supply across all five apartments, along with a comprehensive heating, cooling and ventiliation package. This included a combination of floor console, high wall and ducted air conditioning systems, tailored to suit the layout and requirement of each apartment as well as a Lossnay ventilation system to an apartment.

The result is a streamlined electrical and climate-control solution that complements the quality and contemporary finish of the development.
