Propower was engaged by Stonewood homes to provide electrical and mechanical services. This project saw the demolition of the existing single-story building (the old KFC building) and the design and build of a three-story office building facing Highgate and 6 individually titled three-story townhouses facing Stuart Street. The office building is to allow for the clients real-estate business expansion.
